I bought an apple corer like this for my daughter from an other web site. She loved it. So I decided to get one for my self. I decided to make my purchase from cooking.com because of the great service I have gotten in the past. The apple corer is is great. Easy release of the core, easy to clean. Best of all easy to use, I recommend this item to everyone I know.

I have to admit I was skeptical because I've bought other apple corers that were horrible. This one really works and works very easily. You don't end up smashing the apple to smithereens just to remove the core. I love it!

I bought this one to replace my old corer that does not have a handle. This makes it much easier because when I dehydrate apples sometimes I core 40-50 at one time. The other feature I love and did not realize it had makes the core come out easier. The cylinder comes apart to easily remove the core.
