You schedule the frequency you wish to recieve orders in one-month, two-month, three-month,
and six-month intervals. Choose your preference and we'll send out the shipments
on that schedule automatically. You can return and modify your subscription schedule
online at any time. You'll only be charged for each order when the item is shipped.
The amount charged each time will reflect the price of the item on the day the order
is placed, plus any applicable sales tax.

Simply login to your "Manage Recurring Orders" page in Your Account at any time
to modify the frequency of your shipments, the quantity of your subscription, and
billing or shipping address and payment methods. Changes will take place immediately
and will be applied to all unshipped orders associated with your subscription.

I LOVE this knife. Use it almost every day. Am buying it for a couple of people for Christmas. It is my primary slicing, dicing, mincing tool. And I have an extensive set of Wusthof knives. I use most of them, but I use this one most frequently. Exceptional.
My son is a professional cook and chose this knife as a gift he wanted for Xmas. There were a few much more expensive knives he really liked but knows in his business theft is a possibility and was very happy to compromise with a lower priced but still very high quality knife. He really likes the balance and the feel of the traditional style handle

This is a really sharp knife. So sharp that I wasn't used to the extra care you need when handling it for the first time; even a slight impact against your skin will puncture it! The handle is a little thinner than ideal so my grip was somewhat un-ergonomical; there are fuller handles out there that promote more control and less hand strain but this one works once you get used to it.
I love this knife! It slices to quickly and easily through all the different veggies I prepare. It's especially great with tougher foods like sweet potatoes and pineapple. I even used it on a pretty tough loaf of bread - it cuts better than a bread knife. Great for mincing, too, as food does not stick as much to the blade.
Finally got to use it over the weekend...cuts phenomenally, smooth and easy to control...Had to share it with everyone in the family so they could try it too. Am looking forward to a lifetime of use. Now I need a knifeblock with more slots.
This year both I and my father asked for good knives for Christmas, and after a lot of research I thought this would be the best one to have. I've never had a super-sharp, well-made knife before, and boy was this a beauty to slice with. It's just amazing how easily one can chop and slice with a good knife. I suspect this will get a lot of use as my all-purpose knife.
I have given this knife as wedding, birthday or Christmas gifts because I absolutely love my own. This knife will save you money in the long run because you won't want to buy the prepackaged, ready-to-use, pricey veggies because you will want to bust out your Santoku and chop your own!
This knife is very sharp, light and well-balanced. The combination of a thinner blade than a standard chef's knife with the hollow edge design minimize drag when cutting larger items, such as slicing large onions.
