You schedule the frequency you wish to recieve orders in one-month, two-month, three-month,
and six-month intervals. Choose your preference and we'll send out the shipments
on that schedule automatically. You can return and modify your subscription schedule
online at any time. You'll only be charged for each order when the item is shipped.
The amount charged each time will reflect the price of the item on the day the order
is placed, plus any applicable sales tax.
Update or Cancel at Any Time
Simply login to your "Manage Recurring Orders" page in Your Account at any time
to modify the frequency of your shipments, the quantity of your subscription, and
billing or shipping address and payment methods. Changes will take place immediately
and will be applied to all unshipped orders associated with your subscription.
You read it right: If you find an item you bought with us sold for less somewhere else, we'll match the item price!
How It Works
If you should find a lower advertised price on an in-stock, identical item from one you purchased from us, you can submit a Price Match request up to 14 days after your purchase.
Forward your order confirmation email or send an email to email@example.com and include a link to the retailer's website promotion with the lower price. Please include "Price Match" in the subject line of the email.
Once approved, the price match will be calculated and refunded based on the item price. (Note that some exclusions may apply to keep things on the up and up.)

The Wusthof Hollow Edge Santoku Knife is a fantastic multipurpose kitchen tool, great for most everyday slicing and dicing tasks, but its thin blade and hollow edge make it especially handy for achieving paper-thin pieces of fish for sushi and sashimi, meat for stir-fry or Carpaccio, vegetables and herbs for garnishes and slices of hard cheese and cured meats.

A long-time Wustof user, I found this knife to be of inferior quality and returned it immediately upon receipt. The handle is plastic and very lightweight. The blade seemed very sharp, but because it was stamped rather than forged, it felt flimsy - not reassuringly sturdy like I've come to to love about my other Wustof Classics. I wouldn't pay more than $15 for this knife, and yet they're selling it for far more. Very disappointing. I found the extra cash and bought their "real" version of the Santoku in the Classic line. I will say that the return process was very easy and trouble-free, and the product was delivered fairly quickly, so kudos there.

I purchased this knife as a gift for my son who loves to cook. He has recently moved to his own apartment and really missed having access to mine. It's worth every penny! Balanced, super sharp, just the right length. Awesome knife.
The Santoku Knife is a true joy to use. It is sharp enough to cut razor thin slices of tomato without breaking the slice into bits. Such little effort goes into chopping now. I am on the Southbeach Diet, so I need to chop lots of veggies and this knife fits the bill perfectly. I'm just wondering why I had not bought one sooner! What a snap to get food chopped quickly and get me out of the kitchen sooner!
Be very careful with this one. It cuts any food with almost no pressure at all. I applied it to a bundle of asparagus and didn't even have to saw back and forth. I did find that some foods still stick to the blade. Even so, it is better than any knife I have had and I seem to collect them.
This is my second Santoku knife by Wusthof and since I liked the first so much I got a second. They are really sharp and retain their sharpness better than any other knife that I've had. I would not think about buying any other knives after having these 2.
This knife is very sharp and is comfortable tohold. The blade is thicker than I was expecting and the little dimples in the blade don't seem to keep the sliced food from sticking to the blade like I thought they were supposed to do. I haven't had it long enough to know how long the sharp edge will hold up, but I'm expecting, for this quality of product, that it will be easy to sharpen and keep for a long time.
I bought this knife on sale and received it very quickly. It is a great knife for slicing anything, especially vegetables. Tomatoes, onions, carrots, asparagus, etc., it goes right through them. You do need to be a little careful with the knife because it is incredibly sharp. Overall, it is a great knife and I would recommend it to others.
This product will repace my chef's knife for most of my prep work. This knife is quite sharp; I was really pleased at how easily it cut through raw and cooked meat. At first I was a little disappointed at how light the knife was; I would have liked a little more heft. However its light weight does not affect its outstanding performance.
