    Can never go without again!

I LOVE this knife! I treated myself to this as a gift to me. I had no idea what I had been missing before I had this knife to work with. My knife skills have improved tremendously due to the ability of this knife. The handle allows for your fingers to be a true guide without fear of cutting yourself and the blade is amazing. I can get my cuts paper thin straight through! I will no longer buy any other knife!

This is a very light knife and cuts through vegetables with no problem. Be careful though. I cut off a part of my fingernail! This is no ordinary knife. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.

The knife is really sharp but I find it a bit lightweight.

Not the quality I am used to.

This knife is a very useful kitchen tool, you can use it for many tasks. However it is stamped steel as opposed to forged which would provide a stronger tool. Also the tang does not go all the way to the back of the handle. I also would like the knife to be 8 in. to make it more universally usable.
