    Not the quality I am used to.

    This knife is a very useful kitchen tool, you can use it for many tasks. However it is stamped steel as opposed to forged which would provide a stronger tool. Also the tang does not go all the way to the back of the handle. I also would like the knife to be 8 in. to make it more universally usable.

    A lovely new wusthoff knife to add to my others. I am a big fan and this did not disappoint. Wonderful used on root vegetables, so far. More uses to come.

    Use with care! It is the sharpest knife I have ever owned. It makes food preparation fast and easy...as long as you don't have to stop to put on a Band-Aid. ; )
