Each knife in this line is cut from a piece of steel using a laser beam to make a perfect blade. Comfortable to hold and razor-sharp, the 7-in. Deli Knife cuts slices of cheese, meat and sandwiches with ease. The offset blade lets you get even slices in a single motion, especially with harder foods that require a little more leverage. The blade is slightly serrated so you leave food intact. It also provides ample clearance between the knuckles and the cutting board.

Offset Bread Knife

This knife is the greatest, slices tomatoes, onions, all fruit; But it is especially great for any kind of bread; have given them to my children and they love it. It's the go-to knife in my kitchen. It is, however, only sold at a few websites, thanks to cooking.com I can get it now.

I really like the knife. It is comfortable to use and very sharp. I had one similar to this one that I had for over 20 years I hope this lasts that long.

We had guests over for a weekend and when they left I could not find my Offset Deli Knife. I have had this for years, and I had given my children a similar knife when they got married. I looked through all the kitchen drawers and could not find it. So I ordered a new one. The day it arrived I wanted to add it to the drawer where all the other utensils were kept and low and behold there was the old one. Now I have two great offset deli knives. They are a cook's handiest tool. Fantastic for slicing tomatoes and an overall handy utility kife.. Great Buy!!!
