A great product that lives up to everything said about it! Feels substantial in your hand and does an excellent job mincing garlic. I've used it several times since purchasing and it's always produced great results. Love that the small cleaner and brush can be kept in the press itself. Very convenient and you don't have to worry about losing it.

Much better than any other press I've tried. Very sturdy and comfortable to use. Also love the little cleaning brush that stays in the handle. Highly recommended!

This is the most difficult garlic press I have ever used. I'm not particularly weak and have no problem using my other Zyliss garlic press. With this new press I could not squeeze the garlic through the press, peeled or not. Neither could my Husband. If I hadn't thrown my wrapping away I would be returning it.

Two good things about this press is that it completely pulverizes the clove. There is barely anything left at all. The other nice feature is the cleaning tool which has its own attachment site as can be seen in the photo. The drawback is that I don't seem to have the grip strength required to operate this garlic press and have had to ask my husband to do it.

Minces garlic beautifully. Also, the press feels well constructed and sturdy.

However, this model requires a firm hand and strong grip. I have small hands and sometimes must either get assistance from my husband when pressing large cloves or cut the cloves into smaller pieces. The included press cleaner is awkward and cumbersome; definitely more trouble than it is worth.

It's awesome! I've never had a garlic press that had this kind of muscle and I don't have to manhandle it to perform. It presses out more - read all - of the meat of the garlic, leaving the skin behind. Very easy to clean with a well thought out storage for the hole cleaner tool that fits into the inside of the handle.

Zyliss Garlic Press

Nice features:
- Cleaning tool which stores in the handle.
- Does an excellent job
- Do not have to peel garlic first

Even though this garlaic press is excellent - it is not for whimps. Does take a bit of muscle. But, well worth the effort.

Best Press Ever

Have purchased numerous other garlic presses but found them to be less than adequate. Then I purchased the 7-in. Jumbo Aluminum Garlic Press by Zyliss and fell in love with using garlic. I have small hands and not much squeezing strength and this press is so easy to use and easy to clean. It made my life much easier. Thanks for having such good products.

I bought this garlic press because it was recommended by Cook's Illustrated. I like it because you do get more garlic flavor then just mincing like I used to do. I also appreciate that it's light enough to carry with me to clients' homes.

The only small problem is when cleaning, although it has a little device, garlic is a bit sticky.

Several years ago I purchased the smaller garlic press and was glad to see a larger press. The only problem is that it can be difficult to squeeze the press if you fill it with lots of garlic.

Cook's Ilustrated recommends this product, so I bought it! Now I know why they say this product is so good. 2-3 cloves of garlic at one press. And it is easy to clean.
