This was a gift for my husband and he can't stop raving about it. He has been using a chef's knife from many years ago and he is very impressed with this knife!

I have wanted a knife like this for a long time, but they were too expensive. The price is what induced me to make this purchase. I am extremely satisfied with how nicely this knife cuts. It is a perfect addition to my cooking equipment.
