This 7-pc. Sushi Gift Set is original and beautifully-packaged. It includes a serving dish, two pairs of chopsticks, two chopstick stands and two small dishes for your wasabi and soy sauce; all of it made from 100% bamboo. This is hand crafted using hundreds of tiny laminated bamboo strips. Unlike most other hardwoods, bamboo absorbs very little moisture and consequently does not shrink or swell as much, making it a superior choice of material for the tabletop. Handwash with a mild dish soap in warm water and periodically wipe with mineral oil to bring out the beautiful grain of the bamboo. Do not put it in the dishwasher or let it soak in water.

Lovely presentation. While I'm not an expert at making sushi, the beauty of the serving set impressed my boyfriend so much that he didn't noticed my California rolls were falling apart!

I found this to be an excellent example of this type of table ware. The chopsticks are perfect and they are central to the entire ensemble .
