Customer Reviews

Great for braizing.

Goes from stovetop to oven. Large enough for a 4 1/2 pound chuck roast with vegetables and broth. Finding a suitable pan this size is quite difficult. Most manufacturers don't offer them. The only downside is that the stainless-steel handle rivets on the inside of the pan require a bit of scrubbing to come clean. Using a non-stick coating on the rivets would have been quite an improvement.

Very wide

I didn't see dimensions for this pan, and thought it would be deeper than wide. . .it is just an oversized skillet. . . I reined it (for $20.00) postage. . . .I learned the hard way to get all th facts next time.

Great Sauteuse!

It's just what I was looking for! It's big enough for one-skillet meals, roomy enough to brown meat, etc in one batch. Having two handles is great. I bought it on-line and was worried about it being too heavy, but it's not. I'm SO pleased with it and will use it ALL the time!

love it!

The only for warning I would give to others is that it take a couple of times of cooking in the pots before the smell/taste cooks off. After that they are the best pans by far and I cook in all of my pans 2-3 times per day for my family. Worth every penny!
