I purchased two of these items. I was so excited to find something to solve the problem of baking multiple shells. I followed the instructions...using the microwave to soften the shells and still could not get the shell to stay on the rack. Racks are too large for the taco and they just slip off. Returned and had to pay shipping for total dissatisfaction. Does NOT work....

The taco shells come out great, the only issue I have is that sometimes the tortillas fall off the rack while putting them in the oven, besides that this rack does the job, the shells come out crunchy.

I enjoy using fresh tortillas rather than pre-made for taco shells. The rack works great, provided the tortillas are damp enough. I do make these shells ahead of time, otherwise, 4 shells are going to eat up a lot of prep time. Good product for the money! Thanks.

It really looked like it would do what it said. But my corn tortillas kept falling off and en you fixed it, it was so very hot. Really think I will go back rousing foil balls. What a waste of my money, but hey live and learn.

I have use this once when I had 12 family members at my house and I save a lot of money. I could fix what I need and did not waste any that was not eaten. When buying in the box you always have waste. In this day and time save save save is the key word.
