Had a plastic grater which was used to death. Wanted something that would not break. This is very nice and very solid. Is a little larger then the plastic one it replaced and does not seal, but very nice overall.

The size and design of this grater extends its use to the table. Lack of storage compartment isn't an issue at all. Just put the extra into a small plastic container. Easy to handle design, looks good enough to put on the table, durable, easy to clean, dishwasher safe. Great product for the price.

Will think seriously about that before ordering anything else from the site.

The slicer and grater drums work great. I paid way too much, as works the same as one you buy from a department store.
