The Scissors also have a hardened micro-serrated blade that grips items securely and prevents slipping. For easy cleaning, simply separate the blades. Handles easily with large grips. Allows for maximum power when cutting. Sharp ended blades make precise cuts. I recommend it.

I love the herb-stripping feature, and the disassembly for thorough cleaning is "shear" genius. Love them!

I love just about anything from OXO. I think their vegetable peeler is the bomb and have bought one for each of my kids. So, when I needed to buy a kitchen scissors I naturally gravitated to the OXO brand.
The scissors are a good size, sharp, and so easily cleaned--the blades come apart for a good scrubbing and disinfecting. The price was very reasonable also.
You really can't go wrong with this brand.
