  • amazing coffee

I love this coffee!!! It takes an extra 10 minutes (boil water, then to steep 4 minutes) but it is worth every minute. The coffee has a rich taste that you just can't achieve any other way.

    I recommend this product.

  • Great Coffee But Tough to Clean

This press produces great coffee simply and effectively. It's a pain to clean as you have to scrape all of the loose grounds from the bottom of the pot. I found that using a rubber spatula gives good results. Drink quickly as the thin glass pot allows the coffee to cool rapidly. I found this same pot locally for $5 less than I paid ... I also found it for $30 more.

All in all, I'd buy it again though I wish the pot were thicker to reduce the immediate loss of heat.

    I recommend this product.

  • Best coffee ever!

I keep trying different methods to improve the taste of coffee I import from Costa Rica. Most methods do not get the grounds hot enough to pull the flavors out. The French coffee press does the job. It is a little work each morning but worth it.

    I recommend this product.

  • Read the fine print

I purchase this press thinking it was larger than the one we already have as it is advertised as an 8 cup press. Looks like they meant 8 - 4oz cups. Regardless the press is superior to a drip.

    I recommend this product.

  • best coffee press

This is the best coffee press I have ever owned. Also, the most expensive, but not by much, and it's worth it. It's sturdy, easy to clean, and the large handle is so nice.

I like this press. I don't drink coffee, but now I have something to make it for friends! I use it for tea or making Choffy which is ground cocoa beans. Similar to coffee. This product works like it says and is simple to use. I would get this size and not the smaller size which looked to be only $5 less!

    I recommend this product.

I bought this gift as a gift for my husband (and me!). It's been great, and there is nothing better than French press coffee. It is easy to clean, and works great. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a great cup of coffee with exceptional flavor.

  • Best Coffee Maker Ever!

I love my new Bodum coffee press! Making cafe (coffee) this way reminds me of the texture and taste of cafe I had while visiting a friend in France. It's very easy to use, cleans up great and I love the fact that I can simply wash my press out with a little soap and water; no filters- so no extra waste. I'm trying to go greener these days so NOT throwing out a filter each day is just one of the small ways I can cut down on trashing the environment.

    I recommend this product.

  • Sediment At Bottom But Tastes Great

They recommend "course ground" but this nomenclature is no longer used on the outside of coffee containers. With Yuban I'm using you get a little bit of fine sediment at the bottom of the cup. No big deal since the taste is superior to coffee machine.

    I recommend this product.

  • Coffee Press

I purchased this product for my husband last year. He was so pleased with it that I purchased one this year for our daughter. She loves it. My brother-in-law wanted to know where I purchased it so he could buy one and I sent him the information from your website. This product is easy to use, easy to clean, and the best yet, easy to store. No need for expensive coffee pots. This one makes the best coffee and can be easily transported from counter to table! I highly recommend this product to everyone who loves coffee!

  • Coffee Press a Winner

I recently purchased my first coffee press, the Bodum 8 cup. I am very impressed with the quality and appearance of this product. The taste of the coffee made with this press is excellent. I am still experimenting with different coffees to determine my favorite to use with the press. Carol - Michigan

  • Good once you get the hang of it

This Coffee Press makes amazing coffee, but it took a few tries to figure out the correct amount of grinds to add for the perfrect cup. Once we got the hang of it, we had some wonderful coffee!

  • Present accomplishes goal.

A friend of mine has a 1 cup and an 4 cup press and made coffee for me. He also explained the steps to get top quality coffee with this press. Due to his recommendations, I purchased, as a Christmas Present for my oldest son in Virginia, one of your 8 cup Coffee Presses and two insulated glasses to let him enjoy as I had, the great taste the press provides. He was absolutely and completely overjoyed with both the press and glasses. This made me very happy and I plan to purchase one for myself and my wife very soon.

  • Much Better Coffee than Drip

I've been drinking coffee since the early 70s and have never used a coffee press before now. The coffee taste is superb and this gives me an excuse to course-grind whole-bean (and fair trade) coffee at the grocery store. Overall the experience of drinking coffee is elevated.
