This is the best pull out trash can I have found, and I've looked at numerous ones. Simplehuman makes a great product.

I have plenty of cupboard space, so it really made sense to use something like this to locate the garbage.
Pros: Bin is sized just right so that garbage bags fit without slipping. Slides very smoothly.
Cons: Install may be difficult depending on your situation. I had to make a bunch of spacers out of 1/4
Great Pull-Out Trash Can

If you are looking for a nice and sturdy Pull-out Trash Can get this one by simplehuman. The frame is made of sturdy stainless steel and is simple to install, the can is made of thick plastic and can withstand allot of abuse. I have had this for about four months and love it.
I wish I could say as much about Cooking.com's shipping and service; I bought the item and received the order info in e-mail that stated it will ship soon. Weeks went by nothing. I had to contact them find the item was on back order and would be a few more weeks; where was that e-mail notice? Their customer service is lacking.
