I've been wanting one of these for a long time. I was not disapointed in the least! I love it!

The skimmer is very well made. It works wonderfully on deep fried food. I am very happy with it

I like this item because of the longer handle. It is excellent for removing items from hot oil safely. We use it outside in a fish fryer.

Size

Too large for the average Kitchen use

I love using a spider when frying foods but didn't realize how large it was when I ordered it. You have to have a large pot or deep fryer to use it and living alone I don't but I am going to give it to a friend that does a lot of crab boils and it will be perfect for him

Just the right sizes for my needs.

although this skimmer is rather large it does work great. I am pleased with it.

These have not been used yet, but they brought lots of smiles from my sons (one is a chef). I always give them a kitchen gadget for Christmas, this one was a hit!!!! They will use them in the warmer weather.

This product is very well-made, and reasonably priced. My wife is crazy about it; apparently it's just like one that Martha Stewart reccommended on her show. It is handy--and safe--for getting any kind of pasta out of a pot of hot water. My son eats a bunch of pasta, and this is good for just sccoping the pasta out of the pot within having to pour everything into a strainer in the sink, with boiling hot water, etc.

I was really glad to find this product. It has come in very handy. I would like to find a smaller version of this.
