    I really like this size pan for most of my cooking as I cook for only one or two. This pan is a good weight and easy to handle. The non-stick finish seems to be very durable and I would have given it a 5 rating if it was made in the US instead of China. I have found this pan to be evenly heating and easy to clean too, all in all I am happy with my purchase.

    crepes

    I am the Breakfast Chef at the Sugar Hill Inn and every Sunday I serve crepes filled with eggs, ham and cheese. I use two of these pans at a time to makes the crepes. They work great although after about 2 years the nonstick performance starts to decline.

    I added this pan to my extensive Calphalon collection. I love it. It cooks beautifully and cleans like a dream. We eat a lot of eggs and this pan makes preparing breakfast a joy.

    Great little non-stick skillet. I can fry up to 3 eggs on this one. I do use oil. Great for cooking for one. Can also sautee in it and do stir-fry for one. Better than taking out that huge big skillet for a small task.

    My favorite pan!

    I have three different sizes of this pan and I love each one! They are my favorite pans and I cook with them all the time. They clean up wonderfully and nothing sticks. I would reccomend Calphalon products to everyone....and I do!

    Augmenting my Contemporary Non-Stick set

    Totally enjoying the Contemporary Non-Stick set I purchased but needed that kitchen-workhorse, the 8" omelet pan. Takes a while to get used to the non-traditional configuration but it has performed perfectly & cleans like a dream. (Calphalon really needs to address is a smaller and or narrower utensils for their smaller pans.)
