We won't be going back to non-stick
This is an excellent skillet.
My wife and I have owned a variety of cookware over the years; we've had several cheap non-stick skillets, and have a full set of Bella Cuisine. This is the best, and highest quality, skillet we've owned, and we'll be buying only high-quality cookware in the future.

Great Pan
The All-Clad Copper core line is tops! You pay a price, but its worth it. This line will last and is warrantied for a lifetime. Nice even heat. A little spray and your good to go so who needs teflon.

sturdy pan with high quality, does not req copper shine. I believe the market price is to consistant and either at a great price, or price is fixed accross the board. No I am not talking about cooking.com, however it is a nice product. One that should last for life with lifetime garantee, so price was worth it to me.

Why do I always have "stains" in my all-clad? Other than that it is great - but that is a disappointment.

I love this pan but wish the copper extended further up the sides rather than covering only the bottom.
