This has turned out to be the best kitchen accessory I could have gotten. I'm eating more apples because of this. It makes preparing apples so much easier.

I bought this for my mom who has Arthritis in her hands and she just recently canned 28 quart size jars of pears and I saw how bad she was hurting after words and I hate to see my mom in so much pain... Thanks Rachael for your help...
