Had to use that term since perhaps only 10% of those left walking around know what it means:-) Have only use the skillet a couple of times, but it seems to be high quality, and at a good price.

Excellent heat distribution and the non-stick surface is perfect for what I needed it for- cooking eggs with little to no oil or butter. Have only had it for 2 weeks, so can not comment on durability. Love the pan!

Eggs slide right out. I paid more for an Emeril skillet that has never worked as well.

Just the right size for a 1-3 egg omelet or a small amount of other items. Works well with a small amount of butter or oil; I sometimes use cooking spray.
