This skillet has a nice hefty weight and a very slippery non-stick surface. Terrific for eggs.

Best Non stick around

It's a great pan. The non stick works better than any other I have used. Literally nothing seems to stick to it and the finish is very durable. Great way to cook without a lot of oil.

The pan is useable in many ways, small frying, crepes, omelets. The non-stick coating cleans well and easily.

It has been quite a few years since I bought any cookware. Until a month or so ago I bought a 10 inch Cuisinart skillet so, I thought it was about time to purchase new cookware to replace my 8 inch fryer and 1quart pot. I loved the 10 inch skillet so much so I purchased the 8 inch skillet and 1 Quart pot by Cuisinart. The skillets and pot are the best cooking cookware I have ever used in my 50 plus years cooking. If I ever have to buy any more I hope these are still being made.

Bought for my hubby

Since I have not retired and my hubby has, he wanted a skillet to fry or scramble his eggs. This suits him perfectly and easy clean up.

Outstanding Addition to ANY Kitchen

This is a great little omelet pan - a great little ANYTHING pan! I used it for a mini version of our family's traditional New Year's morning Spanish tortilla patata, as well as for omelets later in the day. ZERO sticks to this pan. It heats evenly, and the long handle makes it both safe and convenient. Great buy.

Too Early to tell

I have only used this skillet a handful of times but so far I am very happy with the heating and non-stick capabilities. Time will tell if the coating lasts. I will up date if anything changes.

Great egg pan!!!

I purchased this pan for eggs, didn't have one that was nonstick. It exceeded all my expectations. My eggs come out beautifully scrambled and fried especially fried. Love this pan, thinking about getting a bigger one like it. Haven't tried anything else in it. Maybe I'll try grilled cheese next. Defiantly recommend this one.

Nonstick Skillet (8-in)

Got this pan on sale and it arrived promptly. The non-stick surface seems very durable. Not your typical surface that looks like it is just a coating of teflon.

Get Rid of Your Teflon

This pan is hefty, does a great job with omelets, veggie3s, mushrooms, you name it. Nothing sticks to this! Plus this pan is green - good for the environment and probably infinitely better than Teflon for your family. I am going to see if they make any other sizes.

I now have 4 Green Gourmet products and am 100% satisfied with the first 3 (I have not recieved the 4th yet). I only wish I could get a nine inch pan and a 3 to 4qrt stock pot. Us single people sure would like that.

This is a terrific green non-stick pan. I can easily flip pancakes etc. with the pan just like the pro's. I recently cooked a cheese omlete and the cheese did not stick to the pan. There is a similar green ceramic pan sold on infomercials that you have to cure just like cast iron pans. This green gourmet pan does not require cureing.
