I like my caphalon and castalon just great, but this easy became my favorite. Excellent surface and so easy to clean. Food just slides right off. I've never had anything stick ever.
Heats nice and even - slope of sides makes turning eggs and burgers easy, but has enough that you can stir fry veggies too. Goes in the over great.
This size is great too...just right for cooking a single item or a small portion. At some point I fully intend to get a larger size of it too...this pan has me sold.
we love this pan. It cooks evenly, wipes clean, and durable. Money well spent.

It is light weight, absolutely only takes a small amount of oil (if any), and the food does not stick at all. It's very easy to clean. I had been shopping for a pan like this for sometime, and I had been hoping to find one at an affordable price. Let me tell you: this pan is a value. Highly recommend it.

It has consistant heating across the surface, no matter what heating level is used. Absolutely no sticking and easy clean up. At purchase, I thought it was a little more expensive than it should have been, but since using it, I think it was worth every penny spent. We have the hard-anodized surface on our roaster, also, and I'm seriously considering upgrading to this hard-anodized surface on the rest of our cookware. It's a dream to cook on.
