I decided to add this to an order at Cooking.com. Although the pan appears smaller than 8" (it flares out at top), this is the best pan I've ever used. I do not cook much but have since ordered a 11 pc Circulon Symmetry set. As a guy, my cooking extent has been the gas grill and the microwave. I highly recommend this product as I'm new to the cooking scene. shipping was fast and Cooking.com has a great variety of things at good prices. I'm a person who researches and reads reviews. This set scores quite high.

For the price you just can't beat the evenness of the heat distribution nor the non-stick qualities of this skillet. We use the pricier All-Clad products in our kitchen but for every day use, you just can't beat the quality and value this heavy bottomed Circulon skillet brings to the table.

This is the smallest of the fry-saute pans. I purchased all my pans from this line separately when I saw them on sale. I like the brand better than the others I have had. The weight is substantial but not too heavy for me.

The title says it all. The skillet is a bit pricey, in my opinion, BUT it cooks foods beautifully and is a dream to clean up. The product is supposed to be dishwasher safe, but I haven't tried putting it in the dishwasher yet.
