Not the Greatest

I have a bunch of knives. Wustoff, Shun, Sabitier, Victronix, Mac, etc. This knife drew me in with it's unique shape and ergonomic grip angle. It takes a while to get used to but that's not the problem. The factory edge was not very sharp. It needed more that some swipes with a steel to get it sharp. I have a knife or two that I picked up cheap at Marshals that needed to be sharpened but they cost less than $20. For the price I expect more for my money.

the Knuckle Sandwich

This was a Christmas gift for my brother who loves to cook and watches Guy on TV. He thought it was the greatest and got up to find something to slice with it. He says it has great weight to it and it's very stylish. We live in Sonoma County and have known about Guy's great food for a long time. This is just a peice of home to us.

Very stylish and comfortable knife

We really like Guy Fieri and thought that if he was endorsing the knife, it must be good; and it is!
It is heavy buy very easy to work with. It is sharp and comfortable in my husband's hands as well as in my smaller hands.

We ordered the Cris Cross Crusher...we LOVE it!!! Very cool!!!! We got it in just a few days!!!!

The knife is awesome as far as look. The handle is somewhat different from what I'm used too but I'm not having a problem adjusting. I love the knife and so far its been good to me, I've now made it my primary knife. I would say it is definitely worth the money and a great gift for a guy who loves to cook!!

Definitely a "guy" knife. Was a Christmas present for my husband and he loved it.

The Best Knife Ever

I bought the knife for my son and he loves it, he thought he had good knifes but this one changed his mind. I will be purchasing more for him. He is a BIG Fan of Guy Fieri and was thrilled with the gift.

I bought this knife for my husband who is a big Guy fan. He loves it. He loves the balance of the knife and it stays so sharp. I love the decorative look and even though the knife is large I agree with my husband on the balance and I also love to use it.

My old knife looks like a toy.

I have been looking for a knife to replace the "ever sharp" knife I have. I'm a big fan of Guy Fieri's so when I saw him using this new knife I said that's the one for me. Then I saw the price and was very surprised that it was not that expensive. This knife is very sharp, balanced and comfortable to work with. It make's my old knife look like a toy. The only problem is it does not fit in my old knifes block holder but the storage sleeve will do until I buy a new block. I highly recommend this knife. Dave form Ma.

Sharp looking and sharp cutting

This knife was very impressive to the eye as well as being very sharp and cutting right through food items. It was a birthday present for my beloved and she loved it! Guy fan in Fort Wayne, IN!

This knife is very well balanced. It has the feel of a heavy duty knife, but is light in my hand. It does the job without a lot of effort and the bonus crisscross crusher is great for those recipes that call for garlic and/or nuts. Great job Guy!!!

A Good Value

Very nice cutlery. Keeps an edge, well balanced and easy to handle. I use this to cut very thin slices of fish for sashimi and sushi... does a great job!

Good value for the money

The chef's knife was delivered quickly and packed well. It has a nice heft to it and the angled handle was surprisingly easy to adjust to using. The handle gives nice control over the blade. The edge honed well and seems to stay sharp. I have a place for it in my "use everyday" holder, along side my Globals, so I am rating it pretty highly! Good value for the money!

Guy Fieris Chef Knife

The Guy Fieri knife that I purchased suprised me with the balance and the way it made easy work of my food preparation. It has maintained it's edge better than a competiters knife that i also own. I hope he continues to add to his set.

I love this knife. It fits just right in your hand the first time i held it. This is my first real chef's knife and will always stick with Guy's products.

Was excited to get this knife, but when I got it home and used it. I was disappointed. The knife feels too light. Also was not very Sharp. Had to sharpen it myself. Knife looks great but I think that the knife Guy uses on his show is different than the ones that are being sold to consumers. My Shun knives are far more superior than his knife. I know that Shun knives are more expensive, but like they say, you get what you pay for.
