A little heavy but a good knife

Purchased the product as offered. It is a little heavy and large for my taste but not so much that I wont use it. I bought it for my girlfriend's kitchen and she is much smaller so we will see. Knife is sharp and looks great. Nice to have an extra knife around for those moments when another goes dull. I use the Shun knives generally. The only complaint that I have is that the knife edge guard is not big enough to hold the entire blade as part of the blade by the handle sticks out. Other than that, a great knife for the money.

Love the new knife. Was leary to buy a knife on line, but when this went on sale it was a good opportunity to give it a shot... glad I did. Great item, good weight & feel, usably sharp right out of the package, & FANTASTIC deal on sale!! Would def buy more!

I bought the chef knife and paring knife originally, and was very impressed, I had to buy this one. I have a paring knife that I like and didn't need another one. This knife is sharp, and is angled nicely so you don't get fatigued. I am a professional cook, and work in two kitchens. Now I have two of these knives at both of my jobs, and love using the. If you are thinking of getting this knife, do it, you will love it.
