This is my second pan from All-Clad and they are wonderful! I'm slowly collecting them and hope to eventually have a full set. This pan spreads heat evenly and that means success for omelets and crepes.

I tried to fry eggs and it didn't work the eggs stuck to the skillet so eggs are out and other food is in. Priscilla

It makes a non-stick pan useless. I prefer this pan, since most non-sticks the finish deteriorates over time and you have to discard it.
I am planning on giving one to my daughter.
