The oil jar does a simple but effective job of allowing a thin film of oil to be spread on a pan. The silicone brush leaves no bristle behind and can be used on a hot pan. I like this method of controlling fat much better than messy sprays.

I love the concept and I am pleased using it everyday! I found it to be a bit pricey and it came separately from my other purchases, which meant I had to pay extra shipping... again it would be nice to have been informed of this.

again, I am not to pleased with the glass. My husband likes the concept tho. But continueous use will contaminate the oil.

This is a high quality oil dispenser that looks attractive sitting on my counter. While the silicone brush does a good job coating a skillet, the jar also has two pour spouts if I need more oil. Love the product.
