Bought primarily to cook eggs without having to use cooking oil but they stick nonetheless. I like that pan came with a lid.

I make omlets, fritatas, plain eggs (scrambled and fried), hamburgers, grilled cheese sandwiches and caramelized onions all in this one pan. It has it's own spot in the drain board because it gets used so often. Very happy with it. Wish I had noticed it was not anodized aluminum before it got here.
