I make omlets, fritatas, plain eggs (scrambled and fried), hamburgers, grilled cheese sandwiches and caramelized onions all in this one pan. It has it's own spot in the drain board because it gets used so often. Very happy with it. Wish I had noticed it was not anodized aluminum before it got here.

The perfect pan: size, cover, capacity. I really love it. The quality is excellent and it is not heavy. Definitely recommend as a perfect companion in the kitchen.

I like the ease in cleaning this pan. Nothing sticks and everything slides right out of the pan. I also like the see-through lid that lets me see how my food is cooking.

I'm not a good cook, I fumble, but I do like good cooking tools so to speak, and this little pan is great! Heats nice and evenly, cover keeps the spatter inside and holds the steam in too, and it cleans up easily.

This pan is a nice size and weight, comes with a glass lid, and washed easily. We have noticed that no non-stick pan lasts forever, and so do not like to spend too much on one. We are very happy with this purchase. It is a very good value at a reasonable price.

Perhaps this is common knowledge to not use Pam on a non-stick pan This was not common knowledge to me. I used on my first Calphalon Omlette Pan. i had to buy a replacement as it ruined the inside surface coat. The new one works great with this caveat.

I purchased this to replace a badly worn Club nonstick
pan the wife had been using for some time. It works
great for her scrambled eggs, and the glass lid will
make it easy to tell when omelettes are finished. Only
time will tell if the finish is durable. I am well pleased
with this pan for the price.
