Calphalon has developed into my favorite pans. Little by little I have replaced my old worn out pans and skillets with Calphalon. I like their heaviness, even cooking surface, fast clean up, shape, price, etc. I am completely happy with this purchase. I always like this Cooking site for the purchase of these pans and other products.

Love it!!!

I love it, however I really love Cal[phalon cookware.

We cook with an electric stove and found that we needed to use the big burner instead of the small ones because the handle is so heavy that the pan does not sit flat on the burner.
we also found that although the pan is nonstick
the rivets that hold the handle on are not,
so eggs get stuck to them and it is hard to clean.

This is an excellent choice to make one omelet. I have been cooking with no oil or butter and it does not stick - amazing! The pan is so easy to clean that I don't mind not putting it in the dishwasher - and I love my dishwasher! Great value!

Egg Frying pan

I bought the Non-Stick pan because I was breaking my egg yolks frying them in Stainless Steel pans . The pan works great. I also bought the pan because of it's size and because it had a cover. The cover fits tightly so I can steam the eggs if I want.

8 in. Calphalon covered omelette pan

This is a very nice pan, if you take care of it and wash it properly it will be one of your favorites for years to come!
We enjoy using this when cooking for one or two in the family, nothing sticks and it is easy to clean.

Great Size & Price

The pan is a great size for omelettes, which is primarily what I bought it for. Also,a great price!!

I was looking for a quality, small, covered fry pan and this pan is exactly that!

This product is perfect for my egg white om;
lettes. I loved that it had a lid. Also nice that I didn't have to buy a set of skillets.

8" Omelet pan WITH LID!

I searched (by foot) all the well known stores - needed a smaller omelet pan WITH a lid - none were to be had except a few with exhorbitant prices - decided to search the web and came upon this - WONDERFUL value and cooks like a dream! Would recommend to anyone!

I have been looking for an 8in. Omelette Pan with a lid for sometime now. They are very hard to find. I am very happy with this product. The quality is very good. I know I will get a lot of use out of this pan.

I had to purchase this product in the store because when it was delivered it was stolen from my doorstep. The mailman delivered it and he said he knocked on the door but we didn't hear him knock so in the meantime someone stole it. All the mailman has to do is knock on the door and if no one comes to the door all he has to do is leave it. I don't think that is right because bigger packages should be taken back to the post office and delivered on another day.

Great pan!

To find a skillet with a lid - and in a good size for one or two - was a dream come true. The only drawback is that the handle gets pretty hot if you touch too close to the outside of it. But this is definitely my most go-to kitchen item and it is used at least twice a day, every day.

Perfect pan for my needs.
