I have some stainless steel from the original simple calphalon without the changes on the handle. I love the new handle with non-slip grip on the sides. Can't wait for the pot, it's back ordered.

never having used new stainless steel i was surprised at how badly my fried eggs stuck to the pan.
hopefully will improve with seasoning and time.
i like the heft and handle of the pan and the size is perfect.
gotta love the pan
