Zwilling Spirit fry pans have 3 ply-material construction with 4mm aluminum core which ensures uniform cooking up to the rim. All pans are 18/10 Stainless steel with easy care, scratch resistant, and hygienic. Each pan outer layer is made of 18/0 Magnetic stainless steel: suitable for induction. The stay cool hollow handle is easy to cook with and incrediably strong with a riveted attachment.

I want to get rid of all my other pans (good ones) and collect all ceramic ones! Love the way it came out of my dishwasher. (important to me).

I've done the cheapo pans from Publix, the almost cheapo pans that were slightly more expensive. I'm done I say ! Done! Joking aside ... I am very pleased with these frying pans (I also bought the sister 10 inch skillet pan). Loving cooking in these -- I've used the larger one about 5 times now and it is great - nothing sticks to them... wonderful.

Am really pleased with performance and sturdiness. If I didn't have such an investment in Viking, All Clad, CIA, etc. I would buy the entire set. Excellent value!

I have been trying various manufacturers products for some time now; Those professing to have non-stick products. Without fail, all have failed the "egg-sticking" test. regardless of cost, or reputation of manufacturer... Finally, a true non-stick fry-pan; my kudos to a good German company Zwilling / J.A.Henckels.

Purchased this pan to compare to my Calphalon pans whose non-stick surface deteriorate over time and use. Surface is exceptionally slick. Pan is a nice weight. We'll see how it holds up.

Good looking, substantial feel, and well balanced, the handle feels sure, grip Is natural. The pan heats evenly all the way up the edge, which is curved well for sauteing vegetables and flipping other food items. Food release is easy, especially with a light mist of oil. Clean-up is quick and effortless.

This is a great non-stick pan. The 8 inch is just the right size for cooking 2 eggs or one pancake. It is a nicely weighted pan. It is heavy enough that it does not tip over even when it is empty.

This pan has been used 5 times. I bought one for myself and one for a gift. I thought you would not have to use oil or butter, but that is not true. It does need a coating of spray at least. I did try to use no spray and the eggs stuck and broke. So far it is just like any other non stick pan and very expensive.

FINALLY! A non stick pan that actually works! This is very high quality and a must have in the kitchen. I cook a lot and have gone through countless Tfal's and other nonstick brands. I will never buy anything other than this brand!

This is the first good frypan I have bought of the teflon type. I have cast iron that are good, but I really like the non stick of this one. I like the handle which doesn't have places for food to get stuck at the bottom.
