I purchased the least expensive 8 inch pan to see if I'd like it and I love it! I will be getting the larger sizes in the future and have been thinking about giving the 8 inch pans as Christmas gifts.

First good frypan

This is the first good frypan I have bought of the teflon type. I have cast iron that are good, but I really like the non stick of this one. I like the handle which doesn't have places for food to get stuck at the bottom.

Great little pan for eggs and pancakes.

This is a great non-stick pan. The 8 inch is just the right size for cooking 2 eggs or one pancake. It is a nicely weighted pan. It is heavy enough that it does not tip over even when it is empty.

Good looking, substantial feel, and well balanced, the handle feels sure, grip Is natural. The pan heats evenly all the way up the edge, which is curved well for sauteing vegetables and flipping other food items. Food release is easy, especially with a light mist of oil. Clean-up is quick and effortless.

Excellent non-stick surface

Purchased this pan to compare to my Calphalon pans whose non-stick surface deteriorate over time and use. Surface is exceptionally slick. Pan is a nice weight. We'll see how it holds up.
