Good Materials but out of balance
The quality is great on this pan, and I wouldn't hesitate to order another similar product, just not a pan this small. The balance with the weight of the pan being so heavy and the handle being so large, it wobbles and falls off the gas grill on the burner if you don't have it filled with food and/or have it sitting just right on the burner. Even if this were an electric burner of some sort the pan needs to be larger and/or the handle not as heavy on this small pan. I was excited about getting a pan of this quality and I'm using it - but am disappointed overall.

I like using the 8 inch fry pan. Use properly, sticking isn't a problem, the surface is great. We fry eggs, with cheese, all the time and it works out pretty well.
Unfortunately, while the bottom has great heat distribution and builds heat nicely, the sides always overheat and burn food on them. They require a good scrubbing quite often, not just to make them look good, but to keep them clean and functioning. On high BTU flame, too much of the heat goes up the sides, and the sides are too thin to handle it properly.
I got it on sale, and on sale, it was worth it. Full price . . . I'm not so sure.
Best little Fry Pan in town
I could not begin to say how much I love my 8" fry pan. My husband has the larger pan but in the morning just for breadfast this is the best size. The price is what really sold me. The best way to make and keep it shiny to show off to your friend is to use baking soda to scub with.

This is an inferior family of cookware. side walls are too thin, base is barely thick enough; over heats quickly and is difficult to control cooking temperature. The biggest failure is the handle design. I'm 6'4" and have a good grip. I find it difficult to manipulate the pan; pour, tilt etc with the size of end of the handle. (The 8" are easier to work with because of their smaller size) No wonder it was on sale.

I bought this since it was on sale since it was a good size for eggs but they stick badly so back to the non-stick pan. Good for small jobs but I find I still grab the larger non-stick pan since it cleans up easier.
