Classically styled with a polished, stainless steel exterior and a satin-finished interior, Calphalon Tri-Ply Stainless Steel cookware is designed with three layers to ensure even, consistent heating. A heavy-gauge, aluminum core surrounded by two layers of stainless steel provides excellent heat conduction for browning and enhanced control of the cooking process.

This omelette pan is very nice. It is just the right weight and size. I do wish you would add a small handel on the other side for the older person. It makes it much more secure to handel the pan.

great pan. i had one for years used it OFTEN but got distracted by a minor emergency and left it on the burner replaced it ASAP. can't live w/o one.

it is a replacement for a pan that was destroyed after i left it on the burner and the non stick coating got burned off, the pan is a fine replace ment for my needs
