Good Preformer, Outlandish price!

While this is an excellent pan, the price makes one think twice about the value. Non stick pans must be replaced periodically, and many other good preformers are available at half the price.

Other than a big brown mark on the inside of the pan, It work's great. Very good pan..

Best omelette pan we have ever used. The second one we bought because we liked our first one so much!

Great quality at an acceptable price. Deciding factor for me was it was not an "off-shore" item, was manufactured in Toledo, Ohio.

Slick Little Pan

I replaced an older Calphalon 8" pan with the new one and I really like the Unison surface. With just a few drops of olive oil, I had no problem with the Sunday morning eggs sticking. The eggs came out looking very professionally cooked, if I do say so myself.

Great design. Curvature is perfect for egg dishes. One of the best designed most functional skillet I have ever used.

THIS PAN IS NOT..REPEAT...IS NOT....NON-STICK

..Thats right.....I bought this pan to cook eggs....they stick...... ....Calphalon says to get the eggs out of the refrigerator so they can come up to room temp.....yeah...right....heat the pan up.....hold your mouth right....blah blah...blah.....and it's not supposed to stick....IT STILL STICKS!!!!....DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

top quality pan

This is the my 2nd purchase of this pan; the first gave great service for several years even with my wife continually using metal utensils.
This is an awesome omelet pan, though I would say the corners could use a slightly bigger radius.
Pan heats very evenly, and holds the heat.
Worth the money if you really like to cook.

overpriced

Expected better durability of cooking surface for price paid, has not held up, have significant scratches and scars to non-stick finish, even though using silicon utensils.

Handle is a little too heavy
