Thought the price may be prohibitive, I bought this on sale here at cooking.com and think that it is the best omelet pan I have used. Be sure to season the pan though as directed.

Beautiful Pan

Love the Le Creuset quality and handling. Not too heavy of a pan, but heats thoroughly and evenly -- fast! To get it on sale -- even better! It is no problem at all to wipe it with oil once in a while to keep it seasoned, and simply rinse it clean to preserve the nonstick finish.
