I was dissapointed after opening the box and not finding the same bottom thickness of the large frying pan that I brought the year before. I not sure if these pans will hold up.

Great set with some limitations

We bought a stainless steel set because we cannot use nonstick cookware (we have a cockatoo!); so we knew there would be limitations. The set cooks well, but clean-up is the issue. Food often sticks, especially eggs, even when you follow the guidelines. You cannot use cooking sprays either. If you do not want nonstick and understand that cleaning will be an issue, then this is a fine set.
