Henckels is known for their product excellence, and these steak knives are no exception.
I can only say now that the steak knives were beautifully packaged and beautiful themselves. The manufacturer has an excellent reputation and I'm looking forward to using them, but am waiting until we have our first steak cookout on the grill this spring. Can let you know more then about how they cut, but based on their sharpness in the box, don't forsee this being a problem.

However, I have previously purchased Henckels knives and have been very pleased with them. Thus, in advance, I am positive this product will be as satisfying as the previous items I have purchased.

Because I purchased them for myself I already had a place in mind for the knifes and felt a bit bad that I had no use for the box so it was recycled :(
The knifes themselves have stolen the show with dinner guests; as they are beautiful, easy to handle and of course sharp....
Haven't used the knives yet, so I can't comment on their performance. They appear to be of excellent quality and will look nice on the table with our bone china and silver place settings. Expect to use them for dinner parties.

I had to glue the Henckels logo peice back on. I put yes that I would recommend it but only because I was in between with my decision and was leaning more towards yes. overall a good product.
