Logo stamp interferes with baking

I much prefer Chicago Metallic aluminzed steel bakeware to aluminum bakeware, but I was very disappointed when I received this product. While it meets the quality standards I expect from Chicago Metallic, they have begun stamping the company name in the middle of their professional, non coated bakeware. Cakes baked in these pans stick unless one uses parchment.

I am extremely frustrated that I have to go to Williams Sonoma and pay more for the same pan made by Chicago Metallic for Williams Sonoma to get it without this logo. I prefer baking without parchment yet there is no way to

Nice, heavy pans without being too heavy. They cook evenly and release the cakes with no problems. Their light color prevents the sides and bottoms from cooking faster than the center producing a nice, moist cake.

I love the heavy construction, the high sides contain batter better, and the light color keeps cakes from getting over brown. I favor Chicago Metallic because of the low price and high quality. All my bread pans, half sheet and quarter sheet pans are Chicago Metallic.

This was exactly the cake pan I was looking for and it works as good as it looks. Cakes come out level and evenly browned-especially on the bottom.
