I got this as a gift for my father, so I never saw it in person, but he called and raved about it when he got it. The cutting board is apparently bamboo and very beautiful and of high quality. It does a great job on fresh herbs.

There's no place to store the razor-sharp mincer--have to store it in the box. Should be a slit or compartment within the wooden block.

If you use parsley, this tool is a must. It is equally beneficial with other herbs such as basil, sage, thyme, rosemary. Cleaning is also quick and easy.
