I have only used it once but the muffins came out fine. I could reheat a few muffins in the AM with coffee.

This product is easy to use, and prefict for small familys. Some times my husband likes to have cake, but with only the 2 of us a whole cake dosen't get eatten. With the cupcake maker I can make just a few and don't waste any.

Instructions are OK, trial and error is the best way to make the cup cakes. After practice I went from very small to very large mini cup cakes. It's all in knowing.

great little machine the kids can make cupcakes on their own. We even made brownies in it they just need to cook a little longer. It was fun to use.
