I love this product. It is the first glass bottom springform pan I have ever seen. With other springform pans, you have the problem of putting deep scratches in the nonstick coating when you cut your food to serve it. With this one, you can serve on it and then just wash it. I just can't say enough good things about it.

This pan is great, cooks evenly & I really like the flat glass bottom. Our last pan had a weird rim in the bottom of the pan making it hard to cut and serve cheesecake.

I finally replaced two aged pans with this gem and have to wonder now what took me so long. The glass bottom ensures even heat and non-stick performance, the pan didn't leak as some do, and the locking mechanism is secure. Don't hesitate to buy this pan.

I did have a bit of batter leakage from the bottom of the pan. However, fnished result was perfect!

I expected minimal leakage of the springform pan but that is not what happened. Something must be wrong with the pan I ordered, it leaks all over the place. I am very dissatified with your product,considering the price I expected to be very pleased.

I love my new glass bottom springform pan. It really made a big diffrence in my cheesecake. It bakes evenly thru and the bottom browned perfectly. My glassbottom springform pan is the only one I will use from now on for homemade cheesecakes. I gave away my old metal one. I just love it. Clean up is so easy.

I love these pans! I bought two and my cakes came out beautifully. You might have to adjust the cooking time because the glass bottom cooks differently than the metal ones. I reduced the time a little and they came out great, cooked evenly and moist.

I bought this to replace an older pan that had a severely scratched bottom (due to years of cutting cakes on the detachable bottom of the pan). I used it to make a cheesecake last night and it worked wonderfully. This was a new recipe for me and I realized after baking that the recipe called for WAY too much butter in the crust. I think it's due to this that I had some butter leak from the pan. It was a very small amount and I had wrapped the pan with foil just in case. I think that with the corrected recipe there would be no leak at all. The nonstick sides are great and the latch is easy to work but holds firmly in place. The glass bottom is easy to handle and did not scratch when I sliced the cheesecake with a steel knife. I was a little bit leery of the glass bottom but I've been won over!
