This is a sturdy well constructed baking pan. I am impressed by the weight of the pan. Having experience in professional kitchens, the quality is equal to pans used there. I am happy with my purchase.

I was very pleased with the weight and quality of workmanship of these pans (I ordered 2) and also very glad they are dishwasher safe, since my old rolled-edge pans were not. They are surprisingly substantial pans, and I look forward to long years of use from them. Wish the exterior had a choice of colors, tho'.

The Cuisinart 9 inch round cake pan is of the highest quality and works like a charm. I would recommend this product to anyone interested in baking and expecting excellent results. I have already ordered two more.
