For the money this pan is the best. It is a good weight.
The nonstick finish inside the pan is great. The cake comes right out with no sticking and tearing your cake.
I expecially like the deepness of this pan. There is plenty of depth for the cake to rise and not peak.
I highly recommend this pan. A good buy and a good pan for many years use.

I ordered 2 of these pans and was expecting to receive the usual, ordinary, thin baking pans.
What I got instead was a pleasant surprise.
These baking pans are very good quality, thick, non stick pans.
I used both to bake a layer cake for my Husband's birthday.
Heat from the oven was evenly distributed through-out the pans while baking to produce perfect, golden, baked cakes.
This was a surprise as I have an older electric oven that I seem to constantly have problems getting food to cook evenly.
I can only imagine the results with a properly operating oven.
I would recommend these pans to everyone :)

Excellent Quality at a Great Price

Basically, it's a baking pan - it works. What else can I really say, except that it's head and shouldners above all of the others I have. The steel construction seems to be better than my other pans, especially the rolled lips. So far, I have baked four cakes with these - they seem to rise higher, due in part to the fractional difference in the hight of the sides compared to some other pans. Too, the heating/baking is very uniform, but then I use a computer controlled oven. Too, I have been able to decease the baking temperature by 25 degrees and the baking time down by approximately four minutes from the recipe recommendations. I would buy this one again - except that I think these pans will probably outlive me.

Inexpensive, perfect size, the cake just pops right out. Everything I have made in it bakes nice and evenly. I have 2!

Nice, heavy, nonstick

This is a very nice, heavy, nonstikc cake pan; I liked it so much I bought another one just like it.

Cakes come out perfectly without much sticking. Very good quality for the price. A little heavy and wished it had handles though.

I used this pan this morning and the cake came out wonderfully. Lovely crust! This pan was the easiest and fastest clean-up I can ever remember having.

These pans were gifts for someone else (two different people) so I don't have an opinion. I had had difficulty finding 9" cake pans w/ straight sides so that is why I went to the web and ended up at your site. They look sturdy and functional.

When I found these pans, I threw all my other pans away! I like the straight sides this pan gives a cake. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bakeware for super heroes

These cake pans are solidly made and strong. But they also release your layers cleanly.

Very well made, heavy pans, good non stick although I always use parchment paper with cakes. I noticed that these pans with the higher sides had less doming than in my pans with lower sides which was a happy suprise for me.

Pro Quality

These heavy duty cake pans would stand up to any abuse I could dish out! Dishwasher safe is a big plus.

Good quality substantial cake pans

I was very pleased with the weight and quality of workmanship of these pans (I ordered 2) and also very glad they are dishwasher safe, since my old rolled-edge pans were not. They are surprisingly substantial pans, and I look forward to long years of use from them. Wish the exterior had a choice of colors, tho'.
