Uncooked cheese cake leaked all over my oven on Christmas eve. I will
buy a different pan somewhere else before I put another cheese cake in
my oven.

Cheese Cake

Anyone who makes cheeseckes will simply love this pan, it's a great weight, it doesn't leak, it releases the cheesecake easily when cooled. I would give this pan as a gift to any baker in my Family or as a Bridal Gift for the Wishing Well.I Highly Recommend it. Mrs.Karen Leah

Great Product

I am very pleased with this pan - it has substantial heft and thickness, and appears to be of excellent quality. Haven't yet used it, but the pieces fit together perfectly with a tight seal, and the ring portion is heavy enough metal that it doesn't twist, so I don't anticipate any problems with leakage. I really DO wish that they would make a springform pan that has two inserts - the flat one, as here, but would really love one with a flute center as well. My mother had one years ago, and it was MOST useful to have that additional central-flute insert for coffee cakes, etc.

Springform Pan

This 9-inch non-stick springform pan is a delight to use. I had a cake recipe that called for buttered paper wrapping, and I was able to bake a perfect cake without it do to the wonderful pan.
