I have never used a springform pan before. This one did not stick. However it did leak slightly. That may be because what I was cooking was very oily and a small amount of oil leaked out. I enjoyed using the product.

This was just what I was looking for. I love the way it locks on the side. The cheesecake is perfect when you can just easily unlock the side. Great Product! And non stick too!

This pan replaced a pan that was losing its finish. I had used fit or years. The new pan is a bit sturdier and seems to cook very well. I look forward to many years of good service from it. I would definitely recommend this pan as good value.

I had no idea what this pan was until I recieved it. It was called for when making cheesecake. I was so pleasantly surprised..the pan is wonderful. The side unhinges to allow you to have a perfect cake. It is a must-have.

this pan was heavy and solid. i used it imediately for cheese cake. solid heating cake rose evenly not to dark on the sides, nice and golden. cooled quickly didn't need to run knife around to separate from pan. loved it. cake was good too.
