I've been using a rolling pin to "flatten" meat and it was getting annoying. This is so much easier!!!

I've always wanted one of these. I get tired of looking for something to pound meat. I have not used this yet, but it has a nice balanced feel in the hand and I am sure will be a valuable tool in my kitchen.

nice grip feel, good craftsmanship...bought for my boyfriend (we do A LOT of cooking together) and it fits well in large man hands...does what it should, easy to clean...
