VERY WELL MADE MALLET, WELL BALANCED AND EASY TO WORK WITH. DOES THE TENDERIZING JOB NEATLY AND EFFICIENTLY; DOES NOT TIRE OUT ONE'S HAND WHEN WORKING WITH IT OVER PROTRACTED PERIOD OR WHEN PREPARING LARGE QUANTITY OF MEAT FOR A MEAL. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

Get that chicken tender

Big plump chicken breasts are great in theory. But for most applications, they are being grilled, sauted or fried. In you need it thinner and tender. This 9 inch tenderizer does the job very well.

This versatile tool is a welcomed edition to my kitchen, Not only is it a very good meat tenderizer but also serves as a hammer to crack open coconuts or just about anything in a shell.
It has replaced all formerly used tenderizers in my kitchen. Thanks for such a great product.

I used to use my rolling pin which worked fine I thought, this product is much much better! I like how I am in more control in the flatting of my meat.

I love this product. I used to think tenderizing was only for red meats, but thanks to Ellie Krieger recipes I realized chicken is better tenderized as well. Having the duel sides is very nice.
