You schedule the frequency you wish to recieve orders in one-month, two-month, three-month,
and six-month intervals. Choose your preference and we'll send out the shipments
on that schedule automatically. You can return and modify your subscription schedule
online at any time. You'll only be charged for each order when the item is shipped.
The amount charged each time will reflect the price of the item on the day the order
is placed, plus any applicable sales tax.
Update or Cancel at Any Time
Simply login to your "Manage Recurring Orders" page in Your Account at any time
to modify the frequency of your shipments, the quantity of your subscription, and
billing or shipping address and payment methods. Changes will take place immediately
and will be applied to all unshipped orders associated with your subscription.
You read it right: If you find an item you bought with us sold for less somewhere else, we'll match the item price!
How It Works
If you should find a lower advertised price on an in-stock, identical item from one you purchased from us, you can submit a Price Match request up to 14 days after your purchase.
Forward your order confirmation email or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include a link to the retailer's website promotion with the lower price. Please include "Price Match" in the subject line of the email.
Once approved, the price match will be calculated and refunded based on the item price. (Note that some exclusions may apply to keep things on the up and up.)

The innovative design of the Frieling Emsa 9-in. Nonstick Glass-Bottom Springform completely transforms the art of making delicious cheesecakes. The sides and the bottom are separate pieces, as with all springform pans. Attach the two pieces via the clamp to keep your cheesecake in one piece during the baking process. Cooks Illustrated recommended the glassbottom Freiling as the ultimate springform pan. I wifflewaffled over getting it because it's pricey but, having used it a few times over the holidays, I have to agree that it's a great pan: Lightweight but durable; great nonstick coating; opens and closes smoothly; tempered glass bottom doesn't show scratches from knives; glass bottom is smooth, with no raised edges on the sides, so you can cut on it fully and easily lift the cake slice off the bottom; the glass bottom looks attractive on the buffet table when the cake's half gone, much better than a shoddy metal pan bottom; having handles on the side of the pan is fantastic, makes it really easy to remove the pan from the oven. Really terrific pan. Highly recommended. (Thanks, Cooks Illustrated! I'd never have found this on my own.)
Got this product for a cheesecake recipe after reading an ATK review. Haven't used a springform pan before, but this was idiotproof. Handles were very handy, the pan released without any problems, and the glass base worked just fine as a serving plate.
Bought based on an ATK recommendation and am very happy with it. The glass on the bottom is really nice. I was able to easily see how the bottom was cooking without having to guess at it. Most of it cleaned to very easily. I only had one issue with cleanup and that was oil (pretty sure I used way too much) getting into the bottom rolled lip that the glass slides right above. That part didn't come clean with hand washing, but it did ok once I got a paper towel pushed in there to soak it up. I would think this something that rarely ever happens and, overall, I would still highly recommend it.
Absolutely a joy to use for all baking. Handle very convenient for carrying in and out of the oven (Single handed operation almost). glass bottom useful for checking the browning of the base, also useful to check the eveness of the battery with a light shining through. Precision made which is certainly leak proof for cake mix (not water though).
The unfortunate thing was the packing doesn't protect the product for side impact. My tin was slightly squished at the handle and is not a perfect circle anymore. Didn't have time to return it. The only thing left to say is, I wish they made more sizes. 9 inches is sometimes too big for my baking.
P.S. I thought the price was reasonable but with the postage at around 20% of the product, it was not very economical. But I had nothing else to order for this batch. Oh well!
