More than expected
I know many are concerned with having a non-stick surface - I am not. However, I get more than expected with that surface in the way this product was designed. These pans are deeper than I expected - a good thing! Also, the pans' designers thought of how to pick up the pans with a lip that makes this easy. I'd been considering a new set of cake pans for a while and looked around. I had not seen these8 of 14 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »
I bake bread frequently. These pans cooked my dinner rolls evenly without sticking. I only wish these were dishwasher safe but willing to suffer through it for the quality they offer.
My daughter is the cake baker. I got these for her but no experiences yet to offer opinion.
Doughmakers 9-in Cake Pan
This is a good product. The pan has straight sides, and rounded top edges. I like the shape of the baked product. The handles make removal from the oven easy. I think it bakes evenly and does not stick to the pan if removed while still warm.5 of 8 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »
Good pan - almost perfect
Nice weight and depth. Be careful to read instructions - you can't use nonstick sprays. I use parchment paper and butter. Wish it were stainless steel.4 of 7 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »
Great cake pan
This cake pan is really nice! It has high sides and is made really well. I really like this aluminum cake pan. It is not a dark coated pan which makes this a great pan. You do not have to remember to turn the oven temperature down. I have bought a lot of the Doughmakers pans for this reason.4 of 8 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you?
