So far we have nothing but good things to say about the pans. They cook much more evenly than our old cookware, and clean up in seconds.
Two things to remember: the lids do get hot, so use a pot holder and "hot pan, cold oil" ... that way nothing sticks.
The All-Clad are expensive, but I would expect them to last for a very long time and if you use them everyday, it's a worthwhile investment. The fact that they are made in North America was an important factor for me too.
We have cooked with All-clad stainless for years. We like it so much we have bought a set for a friend and have a set (this one) in or holiday home.
It truly is wonderful to cook with and maintain.
