We have cooked with All-clad stainless for years. We like it so much we have bought a set for a friend and have a set (this one) in or holiday home.
It truly is wonderful to cook with and maintain.
They Really are Exceptional

I bought the All-Clad set for my husband, a professional cook, for his birthday. So far we have nothing but good things to say about the pans. They cook much more evenly than our old cookware, and clean up in seconds.
Two things to remember: the lids do get hot, so use a pot holder and "hot pan, cold oil" ... that way nothing sticks.
The All-Clad are expensive, but I would expect them to last for a very long time and if you use them everyday, it's a worthwhile investment. The fact that they are made in North America was an important factor for me too.

My husband reccomended we purchase this cookware set and I could not be happier. It cooks well, but the best part is how easy it is to clean!
